AGRIVI is looking forward to launching new and cool features in 2023 but as a starter, here is a recap of how we spent some of our product development time in 2022.
One of the biggest feature released in 2022 that we are proud of is our brand-new Field Operations module which gives farmers the power to work smarter, not harder. Our easy-to-use platform helps farmers manage their operations more efficiently and effectively, saving time and money. Within FieldOps, you can easily plan, monitor, and report your field activities, including planting, scouting, and harvesting. It also provides access to several data layers delivering directly actionable insights from the weather forecast, vegetation indices, and scouting observations, allowing farmers to make data-driven decisions and optimize their resources timely. Field ops intuitive layers combined with a field-based operations overview help farmers to remotely control their fields, thus increasing overall productivity.
The vegetation indices stack was also enriched with more than 7 additional indices based on remote sensing from satellite imagery, providing farmers with an up-to-date, real-time view of their crop health. VI, help farmers and agronomists to remotely screen potential issues, from nutrient deficiency to pest infestation, potential diseases, and more. It helps farmers to save time and take the optimal decision to improve crop health and yields.
By combining Field Operations and Vegetation indices, farmers can stay on top of their field operations and increase their profits.
Another great 2022 feature is the Variable Rate Application map generator. With AGRIVI, farmers can now accurately map out their fields and create variable rate applications that precisely apply the right amount of fertilizer, seed, and other inputs to the right spots/management zones in their fields. This helps farmers get the most out of their resources and maximize their profits. AGRIVI’s easy-to-use interface and powerful analytics make it the perfect tool for farmers looking to get ahead.
AGRIVI Internet of Things (IoT) stack has been enriched with several powerful new integrations that will bring convenience to farmers and growers willing to plan, monitor, and manage their soil and crop health as well as micro-location weather conditions directly within the AGRIVI app. In AGRIVI, growers can now access real-time data across all their connected fields from METOS, SYSWIN, and METEOBOT sensors. They can monitor soil moisture and temperature remotely, track crop growth, and get all data from one easy-to-use dashboard. With AGRIVI IoT stack, growers can now make data-driven decisions remotely and save time and money.
For farmers who use John Deere equipment, we also enabled the John Deere Sync feature which makes it easy to send over seamlessly VRA maps and file to JD operations center or directly to JD connected machines. Once synced, one can access its data from anywhere, anytime.
Finally, we are thrilled to announce the launch of the new AGRIVI Work Orders/Task and activities management module. The redesigned feature allows users to track and manage their day-to-day field operations introducing the possibility to assign tasks seamlessly and at the same time to several crop productions and several fields, and to also automatically distribute the corresponding input usages and resources allocation in just one click quickly and easily. This is a key improvement for large-scale farm operations clients.
